Every once in a while in life we are fortunate to encounter a really exceptional person,
who for whatever reason goes miles above what is normal..
Dave at Adobe expert help is such a man..
I called adobe about a problem, program conflict with the Photoshop CS 2 upgrade that I had purchased, it would open and freeze..making me more crazy than normal..if that’s possible..
For those of y’all that are Photoshop addicts.. err.. users you know how frustrating this was..
Dave spent somewhere in the neighborhood of 3 hrs on the phone, running tests, etc..
No way was this program going to install correctly..so he offered to call and follow up the following day.. the amazing thing is ..HE DID! but nothing I tried worked..so
Yesterday I ran the dreaded oh my.. RESTORE program..
and tried again to install PSCS2
Yippee!!! It worked..
The wonderful part of this is that Dave.. my heartfelt gratitude.. to you,
followed up the initial troubleshooting call twice..
and will call again today to see that all is well..
