Christmas cookies

Carols of Christmas drift thru the house, I sing along with
Reba Mcintire as she sings a haunting song about the virgin Mary,
“Mary, Did You Know”?
I have goose bumps as I ponder the song.
Kissing the face of God.
Walking with angels.
Lord of creation, Ruler of the Nations.
The Lamb.
The Great I Am.

Life changing events.
Salvation.
Joy, hope, peace, security.

I meanandered into the kitchen, cookies on my mind.
Deciding what to bake..
Chocolate, or bonbons, chocolate,
and filled chocolate cherries..ummm Christmas goodies.
The Christmas carols I am listening to
resound thru the house.I sing aloud.
Peace on Earth, goodwill towards men.
And lots of cookies.
