Great Men,Great Loss

I was in elementary school when John F. Kennedy was shot on November 22, 1963.
What I remember most was sitting on my daddy’s lap as the black horse with boots reversed in the stirrups walked so quietly, my parents wept.

The night before Dr. King was murdered, he said” I’ve seen the promised land. I may not get there with you. But I want you to know tonight, that we, as a people, will get to the promised land.”
August 28, 1963, Rev Martin Luther King spoke to our hearts with
his vision, ” I have a dream” In Part Dr. King said…”I have a dream today. I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character” “I have a dream that one day every valley shall be engulfed, every hill shall be exalted and every mountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made plains and the crooked places will be made straight and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed and all flesh shall see it together.”

What incredible passion and love he demonstrated for his country and his family.
I listened as Dr King proclaimed to us , as a people, a nation, Dr. Kings dreams live on, every time
a small step forward is made, it is credited to his eternal account.
What a loss for our country when on April 4, 1968 Dr. Martin Luther King was shot and killed.

Growing up my grandmother sang hymns, obscure, beautiful hymns , she was singing ‘
Just Over in the Glory Land , (by James W. Acuff )

I’ve a home prepared where the saints abide, Just over in the glory land;
And I long to be by my Savior’s side, Just over in the glory land.

The day a pair of Georgia mules pulled Dr. King’s DrMartinLutherKings Funeral March casket 3 miles thru Atlanta.
And The People say:

Amen.

Rss ? Thief

I just found out that a place called “cats-by-pat.com” has been stealing my Blog, for some time now !!!!!!
This person, is apparently copying, and pasting, each of my Blog Posts, and placing them directly on “Her ???” blog site?????
I have never communicated with this person, never had any known link in any way, and am more than a bit upset to find this out !!! I guess this type of unorthodox, piracy illustrates the need for COPYRIGHT laws, and that I am unfortunately going to have to see what it costs to COPYWRITE my blog, and my “Real Work” on the net…..This she/he may be pirating my artwork also !!!!!!!!!
It is indeed a sad thing to find that a “Simple and Friendly” BLOG is being stolen, and posted on the Internet without stating the source, or providing a link back……..
If anyone can give me the ISP for www. cats-by-pat. com, I would really appreciate it.
Have spoken to godaddy where the domain is registered and they are unwilling to help since I did not register a copywrite, or Trademark. This is simply wrong.
.
No self respecting server condones, blatant “Piracy”…..even from a private bloggers site…..
Anyone with any information or advise , can contact me at pet@petsgardenblog.com
UPDATE:

We were able to locate the thief’s IP address and blocked it,
now to mark each photo, and to place a copywrite statement on each post.
