Yaks … Life
I so enjoy mornings in the blogoshere, on my usual jaunt to awaken my brain, I stopped by Lyn Perry’s blog and read a fascinating expose on the Yak.
Now the Random Yak has some fascinating insights into YakkedNess. Yaks are obviously trainable, a least in China where they are referred to as the “ships of the plateau”.(isn’t that delightful!)
But perhaps on the right side of the mountain Yaks are different.
I’m just guessing here. But I am thinking that Mrs. Yak (I have read more than 5 posts and I’m still sorting out names, this comes from being owned by a Bengal)
is vigorously celebrating daily that her Yaks are mostly domesticated in their pasture home considering that, Mrs. Yak, has managed to teach the Yak’s to read, write, they are likely housebroken. Like cats puking, these are just Facts of Life here.
So all in all I would think that The Yak’s are ahead of the game, instead of in the behind.
So to speak.
We had a neighbor in CowboyHeaven, Montana that raised Scottish Longhorn Cows; they were well obstinate at all times, and a pain in the hind end of the anatomy at all others.
Jack the rancher used to tell me before he could do anything with them he had to get their attention, visualize a long 2 x 4.
Perhaps The Random Yak could show Yak The Younger the fine art of swinging a 2 x 4, (for demonstration purposes only of course) that could then be shared to get the attention of why saying play nice sometimes is ineffectual. With a certain Yakked Of The week Teacher and all bullies…
Random Yak need not worry that his axiology or epistemology is anything but finest kind, even for a Yak.
