Justice lives where?

In a letter to California governor, Barbara Christian, Terri Winchell’s mother quotes from
Psalms 31;9-10

9 Be merciful to me, O LORD, for I am in distress;
my eyes grow weak with sorrow,
my soul and my body with grief.

10 My life is consumed by anguish
and my years by groaning;
my strength fails because of my affliction, [a]
and my bones grow weak
In effect crying out for justice and deliverance.

In a stunning act of utter stupidity a federal judge is considering whether the state’s injection protocol might be unconstitutionally cruel and unusual.

Morales’ execution is not murder, it is not the state exacting vengeance; it is the result of being tried and convicted for a crime. this is commonly called JUSTICE and it is what the jury of his peers determined to be the appropriate sentence for the torture,beating, stabbing, rape of an innocent 17-year old.
