Rape for those of you who may have forgotten, is a crime of violence against men , and women. All to often the crime if your a women results in pregnancy.

I have to ask why would a law banning abortion include this bit? What part of unbelievable is this? Gov. Mike Rounds said he is inclined to sign the bill, which would make it a crime for doctors to perform an abortion unless it was necessary to save the woman’s life. The measure would make no exception in cases of rape or incest.

If a woman who is raped becomes pregnant, the rapist would have the same rights to the child as the mother, said Krista Heeren-Graber, executive director of the South Dakota Network Against Family Violence and Sexual Assault.

I can see it now, a mommy gazing at photo’s with her child. This is your daddy the rapist, who unfortunately didn’t get struck by lighting and sent directly to where ever God puts rapists. Instead he has the right to spend time with you and do nurturing things with you. Give me a frickin break.

Crazy Politico says “In fact, I think any family court judge who did would be run off the bench so fast everyone’s head would spin. My concern would simply be the medical and psychological effects on a woman being required to carry that reminder to term.”
I wish I could agree with this, but given some of the completely moonbat rulings..
It is all to likely that upon release from prison, rapist scum may be given those rights.

Little Miss Chatterbox has this to say: “The feminists are near hysterical about this and have already started in with the lines they used in the 70’s. Women will die in back alley abortions. Give me a break. A lot fewer women and babies will die if this becomes law.”

I accompanied a dear friend to a back alley abortion many many years ago. I pray my granddaughters never have to experience this.
