The last of the GREAT WHITE HUNTERS called me today, he had just
heard about the Queen Mother and wanted to reminisce.

We called him the last of the great white hunters because he was a (insert nasty word of your choice here) bozo, actually he was a poacher and he was a jackass. I didn’t like him 40 years ago. I have not changed my opinion.

But I offered a few words. Like why are you calling me?

That’s all it took..He was off on a freakin trip down horrible memory lane.

He laughed about when he fell out of the tree stand, bow hunting muleys and cracked his head open, then decided to sue my family.

Or the time he illegally shot a bull elk from the ranch and hung it in the shower of the bunk house while the fish and game warden was visiting.

Or the time he shot a zebra and gave us a framed copy of the photo,showing the bullet hole in the zebras head.

Yes great memories.
Don’t call again.
Please, I am a bit short on grace these days.
