Family of God
Their lives were poured out.
God will keep them safe from here till the end of eternity.
Pfc Thomas Tucker, Pfc Kristian Menchaca, good men.
Doing the job they were told to do.
I pray they had the confidence of faith amidst what must have been terrible torture.
Paul called as an apostle of Jesus Christ.
While In a dungeon awaiting execution, said with confidence:
“For I am already being poured out as a drink offering, and the time of my departure is at hand.
I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.
Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing “ 2 Tim. 4:6-8.
Let’s trust God. If we do, we will find His grace adequate to give us victory over the worst that life can throw our way. There are no easy answers, I certainly don’t pretend to have any, but I do know this:
“This is the victory that has overcome the world–our faith.” 1 John 5:4.
My condolences to the families of the lost servicemen, the family of Spc David Babineau,
my prayers are with you and your families.
Let’s stand together as the Family of God, supporting our troops, and their families.
Gateway Pundit and Suzie at Assorted Babble have much more.
