Governor Jeb Bush suspended a Miami city commissioner from his public office today. It was the day after prosecutors announced the elected official had been charged with two felonies and a misdemeanor.

City Commissioner Johnny Winton was charged with two felony counts of battery on a police officer and disorderly intoxication, a misdemeanor. The charges stem from an altercation last month at Miami International Airport.

I guess if the head injury he got when he passed out on the floor
fell. Didnt give him a wake up, perhaps this will.
