I spoke to Dell on Sat for an extended lenghth of time, explaining the repair disk they sent would not boot up.
It was mentioned that perhaps I didnt understand the steps to re install a system.. which after I laughed hysterically, I asked to speak to a supervisor, who as a added bonus spoke english..

I got Peter- # 12-4175 who promised dads puterwill be fixed by friday..
