Yesterday after hours and hours I was promised that Dell would deliver and install a new hard drive in my father in love’s computer and reinstall the software..
They came..
They installed the hard drive and left.Refusing to install software.
For those of you in the know, dad G. is just out of the Hospital..
We are delighted he is alive.. and vastly insulted at the
less than decent care he recieved and continues to recieve from Dell..
