Sigh… Dell Cares

Dell has psuedo operators..
using names assumed for the job..
well thats ok.. right?

It is until one of them call your home, speak to both TheMasterOfTheUniverse and myself
to apologise for Dell’s careless behavior..
and promises a new computer will be delivered to Dad’s in 3-5 days..
When that didnt happen I called Dell again.. for the zillionth time
was told the confirmation number was not noted nor was the call..

When I can quit banging my head against the wall.. I may call again
