I’m ticked off..
Actually I am furious.

I have a extended warranty from Lowe’s When we bought our home four years ago, all of our appliances
came from lowes.This was a few more than a buck or two..Can you say crappy service is Lowe’s?

TheMasterOfTheUniverse has done commercial refrigeration for 30 years.
He likely could have had this fixed in 15 minutes.
Instead its been Three weeks, with
both contractors from Lowe’s being no call no show…And the next smarmy ma’am is likely to get someone an earful.

If TMOTU fixes it.. we lose our warranty and the food loss warranty as well. We dumped somewhere around 1100.00 dollars worth of frozen food.

Lowe’s simply put.. now rates up there with Dell… and yall know how I feel about dell…
I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau.. like that will help.
*sigh*
