Horrendous Murder
We read about terrible and brutal crimes on a daily basis it seems.
But when something so horrible happens in your backyard, it brings a new level of
Disbelief.
Sunday evening a 15 year old boy was lured by his ex girlfriend to her home,
where 5 other boys and another girl, tortured, and shot him.
They hogtied him and stuffed his body into a sleeping bag, which they then set on fire.
Then they shoveled the boy’s remains into 5 gal paint cans and dumped them into
the water at a local lime quarry.
All six have been arrested and charged with first degree murder.
The father of one of the boys helped to dispose of the body.
He worked at our local supermarket. He has waited on us hundreds of times.
How can kids commit such unspeakable crimes to another human being? How? Why?
Our prayers are with all the families, their lives have been shattered.
But we are asking for massive prayer for Seath Jackson’s family.
To lose a child in such a unbelievably horrendous way…
well I cannot wrap my mind around it.
I have to wonder… Dr. Spock said, don’t spank your children, speak gently to them and
reason with them. We see the results as a generation of teens commits murder,
because they are mad, or bored or want to have a thrill.
I hope that these murdering savages get the death penalty.
