Recall Rolls On

The robber barons of the $15-billion-a-year pet food industry are not nice guys.
They are desperately trying to CYA.

30 NEW foods added to recall.

For the complete list of all food recalls visit Itchmo

If your inclined to have faith in any thing Menu foods says check here
for USA
and here for Canada

For foods that have NOT BEEN RECALLED go here to petsitUSA

Menu states this was due to a cross contamination.
However…..

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has been informed that Menu Foods, Inc., a private-label pet food manufacturer based in Streetsville, Ontario, Canada, is recalling all its “cuts and gravy” style dog and cat food produced at its facility in Emporia, Kansas between December 3, 2006 and March 6, 2007. The products are sold in the United States, Canada and Mexico.

Menu Foods is now expanding the recall to include cuts and gravy and select other products which do not include ChemNutra wheat gluten but which were manufactured at any of Menu Foods’ plants during the period that ChemNutra wheat gluten was used at that plant, to the extent they have not already been subject to a recall, due to the possibility of cross-contamination. Menu Foods has received a report from a customer and has received study results, both of which indicate cross-contamination.

Can you say liar liar pants on fire?
How many lies will menu tell before people get it?
