Florida Wildfires

Posted by pet | News.. | Wednesday 10 May 2006 3:29 pm

Florida Governor Jeb Bush declared a state of emergency as wildfires burned more than 25,000 acres across the state, destroying houses, forcing evacuations, and shutting down parts of Interstate 95.
Driving S. on I-75 today I saw a hugh bonfire burning merrily..
I guess the burn ban is only in effect if you notice it..

Those freakin idiots who throw cigarette butts out the window, way to go!
It’s a felony if a cop catches you…and we hope they will!

The emergency declaration allows the governor to stockpile supplies, order evacuations and activate the National Guard to provide aerial support to firefighters

We have measured 1/2 of an inch of rain in 46 days here in Summerfield…
Dry, hot and dangerous.. Be careful!

In God We Trust

I am a Christian.
I believe in the work done by Jesus Christ on the cross.I believe that Jesus Christ died so that I can have life eternally.
I believe in salvation, sanctification, redemption, propitiation, reconciliation, regeneration and justification.
I believe that the Word of God teaches us the mind of God.
I believe in grace.
I believe in having a relaxed mental attitude.
I believe that Christians have an infinite capacity to love.
I believe God’s perfect happiness. i.e. living heaven on earth is an attainable goal.

Thank God for Michael Newdow, he gives all believers the opportunity to stand and affirm their faith.

He is an atheist and an ordained minister of the universal life church. He is the founder of (FACTS), which advocates a strong separation of church and state in public institutions.

Newdow is most famous for a lawsuit filed on behalf of his daughter against inclusion of the words “under God” in public schools’ recitals of the United States Pledge of Allegiance. He lost that suit and filed on behalf of three other students and won.

He is at it again; he has decided that the motto “In God We Trust” is also unconstitutional.
